Developed a unique branded look for Europa Cafe chain in NYC using sustainable design approach that incorporated today's modern materials. Work included:

 

  • New lighting concept implementing latest LED technology

  • Utilization of Ceramic Metal Halide and Halogen lights to reduce energy consumption

  • Introduction of recycled-content solid surface counter-tops

  • Implementation of Armstrong's Curved Infusion Panels to reinforced the client's program of creating a "Fast Casual​" environment

  • NGA featured in Armstrong's product literature for the creative use of featured panels

Completed over 1 million square feet of interiors for Verizon in over 40 buildings within the NYC metropolitan area. Work included:

 

  • Massing and stacking of entire corporate headquarters building

  • Redesign of 17 floors in corporate headquarters building

  • 5-year program encompasing 40 buildings incorporating DOB Local Law #5 requirements

  • Lead architect for disposition of 4 major buildings 

  • Relocation of 12,000 people throughout Verizon real estate holdings

  • Additional 22 locations of work over 20 years

  • Providing a fresh interior look while respecting the old world charm of an established firm of over 66 years

  • Redesign of exterior storefront:      

         - Incorporating "secured" individual displays 

            totalling 3 million dollars of rare coins

         - Installation of first ever in NYC Gold Bullion
